Where a drawing calls for stress relieving before machining, or non-destructive testing such as dye penetrant or ultrasonic testing on critical welds, we build that into the process and inspection plan rather than treating it as an extra.
Fabrications are welded to AS/NZS 1554 or ISO 3834 practice depending on the application, using qualified welders working to documented weld procedures. Tell us the weld category, any NDT requirement and the applicable standard at enquiry stage so it is priced, controlled and certified from the outset. Coatings for outdoor or corrosive service are usually specified to AS/NZS 4680 for hot-dip galvanising, or an agreed paint system with a stated dry film thickness.
The practical size limit is usually shipping, not manufacturing. Assemblies that fit within a standard 20 ft or 40 ft container ship most economically, and larger structures can be supplied in bolted or match-marked sections for assembly on site. Because fabrication is labour-intensive, meaningful savings are often available even at modest quantities, and single large assemblies can be viable where a local quote is high.

Fabrications are checked in process and again before dispatch, against the drawing and an agreed inspection plan. We supply material test certificates, a dimensional report, coating thickness readings where a paint or galvanising specification applies, and photographs of the goods packed for shipment. Items are braced, wrapped and crated for sea freight so they arrive in the condition they left.
