We supply against the standard nominated on your drawing, including common ASME, ASTM, API and AS standards. We will tell you plainly where a standard is outside what our partners can certify rather than take the order and disappoint you.
Stainless, duplex and nickel alloys are available. Sour service requirements such as NACE MR0175 must be stated up front since they affect material, heat treatment and testing. Send the specification and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
Eight to twelve weeks including sea freight for machined items to existing drawings. New tooling, special alloys or witnessed testing take longer. We give a realistic programme rather than an optimistic one.
Yes. Third-party or customer witnessed inspection can be arranged at the manufacturing plant. Tell us at quotation stage so the hold points are built into the programme.
